Time Spent On Server: not long i joined because i saw the servers player count was low and i wanted to try and help the server as much as possible, weather thats me becoming staff and protecting the server, or simply just promoting this server to my friends and people who i feel like would enjoy the server

Short Description About You): [color=#ffffff]Well, i am a 16 year old freelance graphic designer who loves playing RP games and making sure people get not only justice but a fun and enjoyable RP experience, i also like to go to the gym and boxing is a fav sport of mine (along with swimming). i also love XXXTentacion and Lil Peep they are two of the most iconic rappers ever to live.[/color]
Do you understand ULX commands and how to use them? (At-least one sentences): [color=#ffffff]Yes i understand ULX as i used to be staff on other servers and for example if you want no-clip you do = ULX noclip [<player>][/color]
Do you agree not to ask other users/staff to look at your app: [color=#ffffff]yes i agree, it also makes this annoying and tedious for the staff members when they should be exited about checking applications.[/color]
SERVER QUESTIONS
Why are you applying for Trial Moderator (At-least two sentences )?: [color=#ffffff]to help the server out as i pointed out i like to think of my self as very helpful and am always willing to help if needed, so being able to do that while making sure people are having a good RP experiance is amazing.[/color]
Why should we accept your application? (At-least two sentences); Well i think of my self as being pretty kind and allowing but if it gets to the point of ruining other peoples RP and gaming fun then actions need to be taken, i am very helpful and also would like to be a good role-model for the players when im off-staff duty RPing too. i like to make sure everythings running smoothly behind the scenes so the overall result is amazing.
Do you have any moderating experience?; [color=#ffffff]yes i was an owner on a server that ran for 2 months and a Staff Manager on a server that folded but in its prime (while i was there) had 60 average players.[/color]
What actions would you take if someone RDM's and RDA's?: [color=#ffffff]the first stance would be a conversation, if its a obvious RDM and / or RDA then they will get warnings, if they continue or even MRDM, bans will be put into place.[/color]
What actions would you take if someone threatened to 'DDoS' the server?; [color=#ffffff]Message a higher member of staff and then if the staff member cannot respond efficent enough ban the player.[/color]
How long would you ban someone for MASS RDM/RDA/NLR?: [color=#ffffff]if its an accidental but still an MRDM/ MRDA/ NRL, the first ban will be 7 days, if they continue after that ( or in the first instance dont show no intent to actually roleplay ) then they will get perma banned.[/color]
